The submission of the buyer's order starts from the formation of the cart. The Buyer, visiting the Seller's website, selects the goods he likes. Based on his choice, a shopping cart is formed.

After creating the shopping cart, the Buyer (if he has not yet registered) is obliged to enter the data necessary to create an online store account. The account is considered created after confirming the login link received. The buyer fills in: name, address, telephone and additional information that may be relevant for the delivery of the ordered goods.

The Store confirms that the data provided by the Buyer will be used exclusively for the purposes of sale and delivery of goods, without violating the requirements for the protection of personal data provided by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

Next, the Buyer must choose one of the possible delivery methods and indicate the delivery address. In the last step, payment is made. The system generates all the data provided by the Buyer, before which the Buyer undertakes that the provided data is correct and in accordance with his wishes. If the Buyer is not familiar with the Purchase-Sale Rules before paying for the goods, he must do it before confirming his order otherwise, the Customer will be deemed to be familiar with the Rules and all other conditions specified in the order.

The Purchase-Sale Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered valid from the moment when the Seller receives a confirmation from the bank about the Buyer's payment for the goods and undertakes to fulfill the order. The order submitted by the Buyer is stored in the Seller's e-mail. in the database of the store in accordance with the requirements of the legal acts in force in the Republic of Lithuania regarding the term of storage of such data.
